When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call our schedule manager (Izzy, 1-949-326-6882) as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 72h in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call our appointment manager during our opening hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message and we will contact you back as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 72h before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling, or cancels it at the door, when the groomer already arrived at the designated location. In either case, a fee will be charged.

In case of a cancellation notice given more than 72h away from the appointment, no fee will be charged.

In case of a cancellation notice given within less than 72h of the appointment, a fee of 70% of the grooming price for that day will be charged.

In case of no-shows (or cancellations at the door), a fee of 100% of the grooming price for that day will be charged.

Future appointments will only be scheduled after the appropriate fee is paid off.
