Late Policy

Details and possible fees

All clients are expected to be ready to drop off their dog(s) to and from our work van within 5 minutes of our arrival and pick up within 5 minutes of when our groomer finishes (A text message will be sent).

Late drop-off's

Being more than 15 minutes late for drop-off may result in a $20 late fee.

Being more than 30 minutes late for drop-off may result in the appointment being cancelled and rescheduled for another day.

Late pick-up's

Being more than 15 minutes late for pick-up may result in a $20 late fee.

Exceptions

To avoid any of the fees and consequences mentioned above, make sure to communicate any change of plans with us and let us know if any problems with drop-off or pick-up may occur. (example: if you are expected to get home at 3pm and our appointment is close to that, we understand traffic may result in lateness)

This policy is only in effect if we arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. It is also excused in case of emergencies or if different arrangements are made before scheduling the appointment (example: if we're allowed to pick up and drop off the dog(s) directly in the house without the owner being present).

Future appointments will only be made if the appropriate fee(s) is(are) paid in full.
